Refund and Exchange Policy

Customers have the right to redeem or retrieve the product purchased on the website 30 days From the date of purchase only if there is a defect of a product industry in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, and if the 30-day period expires, the product will not be replaced or recovered for any reason whatsoever.
When the product is retrieved or replaced, the carton and packaging material must be in its original condition and the product carton shall not be opened or used and all its inclusions shall be accompanied by all original documents. If there is a gift on the purchase order, it must be returned with the device. If all attachments are not returned, the request for replacement or return will not be approved. In the case of the return or replacement of a purchased product, a discount of a price or offer will be refunded only to the customer.
In case the customer wishes to exchange or recover the product, although there is no industry defect within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product in accordance with article 17 of the Consumer Protection Act
